Critique of the Clarks

Dear You Know Who, I received the critique of the Clarks back. I didn't much care for it. I was told that I could have elaborated more about each character. Later on, apparently, we are going to have to redo our character sketches. I was told that my writing style was good, but I need to give more details from now on. Oh well. Love ya! Mary P.S. I forgot to tell you. The critique said that Mindaya was not a good name for my main character. It was hard to pronounce and it would turn my readers off. Ain’t that a trip, too?
